Do you accept insurance?
We do not accept insurance since we are not a medical provider.
How much is your service?
The service cost varies on several factors including number of hours per visit and location. We are able to provide an estimate after reviewing your questionnaire.
What areas do you serve?
We only serve the northern Virginia area, including Vienna, Tyson Corner and Fairfax county.
Where is your office located?
We work at our clients homes and do not have a physical office, which also helps to keep costs low for our clients.
Are you licensed?
We are a licensed LLC, license number: L22000105613 and also have a federal EIN.
Do you perform medical services?
We are not medical providers and cannot and do not provide medical care.
What is a typical day like with a client?
Each client is differen’t. We ask many questions in our questionnaire and during our meet and greet to determine what plans and activities to include based on what the client needs and requests. We do our best to plan a routine based on each client.
What if there is a medical emergency?
We call for help and immediately notify all family members listed in the contact list of the client questionnaire.
How do I start the process?
Just give us a call. Next, we will email you a questionnaire that you can complete using your phone or computer. Then we will schedule an in-home assessment (meet and greet) before scheduling the start date.
How long does the in-home assessment take and what will happen?
The in-home assessment can take up to an hour. It provides both the care provider and client an opportunity to meet. It also provides us with an opportunity to better determine if the care level required is within our scope of abilities.
Is there a cost for the in-home assessment?
The in-home assessment (meet and greet) is a no cost / no obligation opportunity for everyone to meet before scheduling a start date.
How do I pay?
Billing is done a week in advance and is due each Friday. We accept cash, checks and can also send an electronic invoice to your email so you can pay using debit or credit card. Please note if you use the electronic billing option, we charge a 2.99% bank processing fee.
